The controls on single-handed opening knives and parts for single-handed opening knives have been
removed (Items 16 and 17 of Schedule 13).
o This allows importers to import single-handed opening knives that can be opened by gravity, inertia or centrifugal force. These knives have many lawful uses, including for use in outdoor recreational
activities such as camping, mountaineering and hiking.
The EXO M LOCK - THE KNIFE YOUR WIFE WILL HATE !!
The EXO M is the third Reate knife in their X Tactical line.
This new knife has been engineered with
1. A lock side to lock the handle with the blade open or closed.
2. A shorter length than the original EXO making it more EDC friendly.
3. A titanium pocket clip.

I managed to get one of the daggers from True Talon.
I’m quite amazed at these being available - and legal - especially in fkn NSW. But apparently they are.

It took 5 months of hard work to get the daggers here.
We applied for a permit in October 2023 and almost to the day in March 2024 the first shipment was delivered.
I have to give a shout out to the ladies in the NSW Police Adjudication Team and at the NSW Firearms Registry who were very patient with all my phone calls and especially when my frustration was getting to me.

The EXO M - in fact all the EXO models are incredibly good knives.
The EXO M has the lock and pocket clip that the original does not. Everyone will have their own preferences. Personally I like both but I would love to see the original with the lock and pocket clip.
I still carry my EXO M in a leather slip with the lock off - it's faster to deploy but then I engage the lock to secure the blade.
All the EXOs are great. There should be a ton of reviews here. Tony at True Talon tells me they have sold over 500 EXOs in Australia. Holy Fuck !!! And no reviews??? You guys buying these are slipping. Leave a review for True Talon.
This knife is like nothing else on the market - except an OTF auto. The EXO is as close as we will get to that.
In some was its much better than an OTF auto. Its insanely fast to deploy.
Everyone should have an EXO in their collection!!!!!!!!!!!!!
